DHL’s Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) lets you receive delivery details and an image of the receiver’s signature (when captured digitally) – usually within an hour of delivery.
With Electronic Proof of Delivery, you can view, download, print or email your proof of delivery documents either as letters or in table format. The option is available with or without a DHL account.
To use the feature, all you need to do is click on the “Get Proof of Delivery” link when tracking a shipment with DHL ProView or via the DHL website. You can request multiple Proofs of Delivery – up to 25 at once.
With multiple Electronic Proofs of Delivery, there is an option to format the document as a table automatically. This provides an at-a-glance reference for several shipments on a single page.
